You’re probably coming to therapy because something isn’t working for you anymore and you’re not satisfied with how you feel. Maybe you worry all the time—about things that haven’t happened yet and about events that have already occurred. Or, you might feel like your emotions are out of control—maybe you’re crying all the time, or perhaps you're lashing out in frustration or anger at those around you. You might feel unsure about who you really are, or what you want from life. Maybe you’ve even tried therapy in the past, but it didn’t really help you in the long term. If any of these sound familiar, know that there is hope. 

I specialize in longer-term therapy for folks who are ready to feel safer and more connected to themselves and others. In therapy, we build an authentic relationship where we can explore what’s coming up for you in your day to day life, in your past, and in the present with one another. Therapy with me is trauma-informed, relational, somatic, neurodivergence affirming, and LGBTQ+ affirming.
