I am a highly sensitive (and possibly-autistic) therapist who loves working with autistic folks, possibly-autistic folks, autistic-curious folks, and sensitive souls. In addition to my own lived experience, learning from family members and friends, and research, I have also received training from Nyck Walsh on working somatically with autistic and ADHD adults. I am constantly learning!
In addition to neuro-affirming trainings, I also continue to train in working with developmental and relational trauma—often referred to as complex trauma or CPTSD. I find that most neurodivergent folks have some level of this type of trauma from being so misunderstood and mis-attuned to in life.
